Outdoor Vending Rules & Regulations

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please adhere to the following rules & guidelines: 

As a vendor you have accepted the following rules/regulations and have agreed to abide by them.  Customers are also asked to abide by the same rules and regulations. 
EVERYONE is welcome at our market.

All vendors have prepaid to be at our market, unless you have made special arrangements with the owner/manager.  If you do not fall under either category call 270-598-9901. 

1. **Admission and Merchandise Inspection**: We reserve the right to refuse entry to any seller and to inspect all merchandise. Possession of illegal goods will result in removal from the market and notification of the authorities.

2. **Prohibited Sales**: Tobacco and liquor sales are strictly prohibited as these items require state and federal licenses

3. **Games and Raffles**: No games of chance, skill, or raffles are allowed without management approval

4. **Soliciting and Walking Sales**: These activities are not permitted within the market.

5. **Beverage Sales**: Selling concession-type or individual bottles/cans of beverages requires management permission.

6. **Display Setup**: Keep your displays within your assigned space and out of the aisles.

7. **Subleasing**: Subleasing of your vendor space is not allowed.

8. **Liability**: Sellers are responsible for any injuries or damages arising from their activities or occupancy of their space.

9. **Overnight Items**: No merchandise, awnings, piping, or tables may be left overnight unless approved by management or during overnight shows.

10. **Ground Maintenance**: Do not drive stakes, nails, or similar items into the blacktop, concrete, or driveway.

11. **Behavior**: Any disturbances will result in removal from the grounds. Obscene language, harrassment, or gestures are not tolerated.

12. **Cleanup**: Vendors must clean their spaces at the end of the day. Trash should be placed in receptacles, and all boxes should be taken to the green dumpster on the right side of the building. Cardboard boxes must be broken down flat. Please dispose of only minimal amounts of trash in Brighton Park facilities.  If you smoke, please do so OUTSIDE  of the pavilion, and dispose of your cigarette butts, tobacco, vape cartridges, etc. in a trash receptacle.  *Please make sure they are not flammable.
13.  NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE PAVILION.  Please see Rule 12 above.

14. **Live Animal Sales**: Selling dogs, cats, birds, or other live animals is not permitted.

15. **Firearm Sales**: No firearm sales without management permission. We plan to host gun shows in the future—please contact management for more details.

16. **Cancellations**: If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours before the market date. We will happily reschedule your date, but we do not offer refunds.
