 Pictured below:  JAS. HAMILTON & CO. 16 GALLON PRESERVE CROCK.  (It's a biggie!!)  The Greensboro made crock is extremely rare and was make between 1850-1880.  A foliate decoration was applied by painting a cobalt colored slip over a stencil pattern.   The style is typical of the New Genevea-Greensboro area of PA.  $14,000
